Though he isn’t one for putting himself in the limelight, without Frank Driessens, both Ibiza Estate Development and parent company Ibiza Estates would probably not be the success they are today. It is the man in the wings who makes the greatest contribution, his quiet authority ensuring that operations run as smoothly as a well-oiled machine.

With Frank on board, the legal documents are correct, the financial documents are in order and business processes run smoothly and efficiently. He is not one for praise, but for those with a keane eye it’s plain to see the immense task he manages oh so effortlessly.

A Crash Course

Driessens gained experience in the music and media industry as well as in the construction business and higher corporate community In fact, at a young age he was invited to the position of general manager of NEWS NV. He learned better relationship management there, while he put the company firmly on track from an accounting and legal point of view.

It turned out to be the stepping stone to a career full of valuable experience. He worked for KOLEN for example, at the Supreme Court of The Netherlands, at The Hague and regularly sat at the table with both BAM and BALLAST NEDAM. Within Ibiza Estates Development, Driessens is the driving force that ensures that the company runs with ‘Dutch precision’. He knows the legal and financial conditions to ensure smooth processes for both the company and for it’s customers.

He plays a pivotal role at the heart of the business. Ensuring that things are properly arranged in advance, means they don’t go wrong later on. This is apparent from, for example, the strong network with builders in Ibiza, the agreements with architects, contractors and other stakeholders and, of course, from the way in which communication, invoicing and planning towards our customers is perfectly arranged.
