Plan a no-obligation meeting at our office in Eindhoven, just in the Netherlands. We get acquainted, explain our working methods and are curious about your wishes. We also take a look at your financial situation. In Spain, you can finance about 60% of the purchase price and specific taxes apply.

Viewings on Ibiza

Our team is happy to invite you to Ibiza for a viewing and additional information. We will show you the villa to be built, as well as its lush surroundings. We will tell you about the advantages, and point out points of interest to consider. This will give you a good and honest impression of the new villa to be built.

Provisional sales contract

Are you as excited as we are? We will draw up the arras contract, which is the preliminary sales contract. You make a down payment to the notary. This deposit is fixed with the notary, so offers you extra security. Naturally, at this step we will be happy to inform you about all the ins and outs and are available for your questions.

To the notary

At the notary, the purchase and transfer of the project in Ibiza takes place. The notary checks the building permit and that there are no encumbrances on the land or the villa built if it has already been realised (in the case of a turn-key purchase). Your lawyer will do the necessary legal checks and can guide you in contacting the Spanish bank. If you wish, we can advise available lawyers from our network.
