Realistic renders
We have taken the greatest care to make the renders as realistic as possible, to approach reality as closely as possible. Nevertheless, small differences may arise compared to the final finish, which we cannot foresee in advance. The electronic fence, for instance, is not visible on the renders, but is included in the newly built villa.
The (technical) floor plans are the starting point for the construction (except for the basement).
The basement of the villa will be delivered as shell, so it can still be completely furnished to your own taste. The interior in the render of the basement is therefore an impression and the render shows the XL version.
The price of the villa is 2,700,000 euros (excluding I.V.A.)
The price of the villa includes kitchen, bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and finishing as described. Water and electricity connections are also included. The price of the villa does not include furniture, fittings and garden design. The new construction project offers a lot of freedom to furnish both the house and the garden to your taste.
The price applies to the newly built villa with the standard basement and includes electronic entrance gate. The price does not include the wooden pergolas on the ground and first floors. It is possible to still include them in the construction, for a price agreed in advance.
